Cupcake finds a home in the bluegrass state
Cupcake was in the county shelter, on the list, no more space. There was absolutely nothing wrong with Cupcake, but, her family has turned her into the shelter. She was so lonely, she howled all night in there. Moonracer Rescue pulled her out and was in contact with a potential adopter in Kentucky. We had to have her checked out by the veterinarian and make sure all was well before we could send her on a road trip to another state.
Peggy Duffy offered to foster her and they had a great time while they were together! A fantastic transport team got together to get Cupcake to her new family. Rhonda, Romana, Diana all coordinated and Denise met them to pick up her sweet new dog. Denise has renamed her Katie and she could not have more love or a better life! Denise keeps in touch through Facebook and updates often.
